I am pretty bad at the whole Twitter thing yet I always find something interesting or new when I scroll through my timeline, so often regret not casting my eye over it more often. Case in point – I stumbled upon a company called Snackly a couple of weeks ago. I am sucker for something nice coming from the postie apart from bills so Snackly really appealed. For £7.95 per month including postage you get a section of gluten free goodies; it even fits through the letterbox – yay! The company source products from the UK which is great and I thought it would be a good way to discover and try new brands. A few days after I signed up I got my first box:

So what was in my box?

A gorgeous piece of happiness from Honeybuns – I love this company; their products are amazing and incredibly tasty. I had a Snowy cake – a ginger, polenta and almond shortbread with a lemon sponge topping. I had this as an afternoon treat one day at work and it was the perfect pick me up.

Coconut Brittle from Ceeba. This was an interesting one, I liked it but I am afraid it was not my favourite in the box although I am sure other people may disagree. You have to be a coconut fan to enjoy this one. Ceeba are a fledgeling exotic food company operating in UK and Ireland.

Gingerbread Bites from Peace of Cake – these were the first thing I opened as I love biscuits and love ginger! They were a lovely after gym treat curled up catching up with Grey’s Anatomy!

Gourmet Butter Fudge from the Fudge Kitchen. I must admit I passed this on to the boyf as he is a huge fudge fan!! He assures me it was good though and I can tell you that it certainly didn’t last long!!

Organic orange chocolate with cranberries from Plamil. This accompanied me on a recent cinema trip to watch Pitch Perfect 2 (not as good as the first one!). It was nice but didn’t leave me craving more but I am sure fans of dark chocolate will thoroughly appreciate it!

Darling Spuds crisps – crips are one of my huge vices and it was perfect to have a mini bag to munch on so I didn’t feel too guilty! These were super salty but that was fine by me 🙂

It was brilliant to try new products and with the exception of Honeybuns they were all new discoveries for me! I can’t wait to see what is in next month’s box…
