When Waitrose approached me asking if I’d like to blog about a Christmas gluten free recipe I thought I would do two. Last week I made a Yule Log and this week I thought I would post a recipe which you could incorporate any leftover turkey into! I’ve also never cooked a stroganoff and I like to try new things – two birds and all that jazz. The recipe is actually from the Waitrose website and although it uses uncooked turkey breast I am sure you could use leftover turkey and adjust the cooking time accordingly.
It really was incredibly easy to make. Quick too hence a perfect Saturday night meal when you just want to curl up and watch a bit of television and not spend ages faffing in the kitchen!
I love anything you can cook in one pan!
