A few weekends ago I made the trip to Worcester with my best friend to celebrate a friend’s 40th birthday. As breakfast was not included in our hotel package I hopped on to Google to see if I could locate a local gluten free friendly cafe for breakfast and voila I stumbled upon Charlie’s Cafe just a short walk from our hotel.
We made the short walk down to Charlie’s on Sunday and if truth be told I was in need of a full English to soak up the bubbles from the night before. Charlie’s hit the spot. It was so nice to have a full English without having to miss some of the best bits off due to darn gluten! The menu was extensive, the staff friendly and the inside of the cafe pretty and relaxed.
Apologies for no photo of the actual food but it was pretty quiet in the cafe and I felt a little conspicuous taking a photo of my breakfast. I can tell you it was incredibly tasty (lovely sausages) and was large enough to be a good sized serving without going over the top.
To top things off they also had a section of gluten free cakes so I purchased some shortbread for the journey back to Surrey – it would have been rude not to 🙂
