When I did an Ocado shop a few weeks ago I popped a bag of frozen gluten free meatballs from Doherty’s in the virtual trolley. I loved the fact that they could be cooked from frozen so great to have on hand when one is feeling a little lazy (most days!).
Thursday night I was pooped, I wanted carbs and wanted something easy, filling, tasty and preferably that could be served in a bowl. In step the meatballs. Thirty minutes later I sat down to a lovely comforting bowl of gluten free brown rice pasta tossed with arrabbiata sauce and vegetables topped with little balls of happiness!
I would certainly have had more than three but, alas, that was all that was left so I had to make do. These meatballs are so bloomin tasty – massively full of flavour and perfect served with pasta or mash and gravy. They are a perfect freezer filler!
